Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny, in 1950 on the 3rd day of February is an American actress. The actress gained fame in the late 70s and the early 80s due to the roles she played in numerous television shows, where she was portrayed as a glamorous actress. Fairchild began her acting career between 1973 and 1977 during the run of CBS' Search for Tomorrow the daytime soap, playing Jennifer Pace. She starred in 1978 on the premiertime soap opera Dallas for the first time as the actress in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a lead role in the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Drama). She also starred in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls before appearing in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts between 1985 and 1986. Fairchild is also an actor in the theater, and has appeared in guest roles in TV comedies, such as Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends.
